Content and storage
The PureLink™ Viral RNA/DNA Kit contains enough reagents for 50 reactions.
Kit Content:
- 32 ml viral lysis buffer (L22)
- 15 ml wash buffer 5X (W5)
- 2 × 1.6 ml proteinase K (20 mg/ml in storage buffer)
- 310 µg of lyophilized carrier RNA
- 15.5 ml of sterile RNase-free water
- 50 viral spin columns with collection tubes
- 2 × 50 wash tubes (2.0 mL)
- 50 recovery tubes (1.5 ml)
Store all components except carrier RNA at room temperature. Carrier RNA should be stored at -20°C.
